"Sims 3 Has Stopped Working" + DxDiag, New Graphics Card

I know it will take a bit to figure out if the crash has fixed, but I wanted to update.
With the game running in the background, here is the SPECCY results after running for half an hour (it takes a bit before it crashes without warning, so I will update in the morning about the game crash thing)

but as for the results I cant make use of them and figured you might be able to:

CPU is at 89F / 28C
The motherboard is at 118F / 49 C
The graphics is 137F / 64 C
and "storage" is 85F/ 29C

The fan isnt running hard or making a lot of noise like when I did the dxdiag, it doesnt appear to be hot.
But I dont know how temps and computers work really. Does this information mean anything to you guys?

It doesn't sound like it's a temperature issue. So that's good. Let us know how the DirectX thing goes.

It crashed again just now after two days in game. I didnt even make it to the second night ahah.

Thanks. I sent it, I hope I'm not bothering too much. I was not laggy during my gameplay and u thought we really figured it out but it crashed when I tried to go from map view to see the library
