Ghost Collecting Problem

I am playing a Ghost Hunter in Twinbrook and she is currently Level 9 in the career. Recently, I've noticed the spirits she banishes are no longer going into her inventory. How can I fix this?

It depends on what kind they are. Spirits go in your inventory, but poltergeists and ghosts do not. Maybe it wasn't actually a spirit you were banishing.
