None of my neighborhoods or saves are loading???
« on: June 02, 2015, 02:53:20 PM »
I finally got the rest of the expansions and stuff packs, as I only had pets, ambitions, supernatural, generations, and university life. But after I got them all installed, when I went to boot up my game, I ran into some problems.

First, the loading screen was for Island Paradise, even though I've also got Movie Stuff and Into The Future.

And second, when the game finally loaded to the main menu, there were no saves, and none of the neighborhoods in the drop down menu were showing up. I'm not sure what the issue is, and I'm hoping it's easily solved without me having to uninstall and reinstall everything.

Now, I'm not so concerned about the saves, I went looking for them in my folders and they're still there, just not showing up in-game. I'm more concerned about the fact that it won't let me start a new game or show me any of my neighborhoods.

I don't have origin, since I like to be able to open my sims game and play it when I'm at relatives houses, and they generally have limited internet.

Here's a screen shot of the main menu; https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xta1/v/t35.0-12/11281393_1606294689652430_60044601_o.jpg?oh=7886a47fb6b1c050326623afd3840228&oe=5570C36C

Shconsultme,

I've run into a similar problem to this myself, where the installed towns were not showing up in the drop down menu. I can't remember how it got fixed. But have you tried clearing out the game cache, and trying a factory reset? Also something else that might help is making sure the game is all patched up, by using the super patch and FordGT90Concept's Patcher.

Edited to Add:

Since you recently installed the game, you might want to try running Ccleaner and it's registry cleaner or something similar.

Also, have you tried restarting your computer?
