Can't Write a Song for a Sim (memorialize)

Hi, I might be being very silly here for not knowing, but I can't find a way to write a song for a sim, i.e. memoralize a sim for the legacy challenge. My sim has 10 violin skill, has written songs, but there is no option to write a song about or for another sim, despite there being several in the family (and a few dead whom she knew). I've also tried clicking on a sim I'd like her to write about as well as clicking the violin itself but I can't find the option. Am I blind? Or is this a bug or something?

I don't remember seeing that option either, but it sounds like something that might be a benefit from the musician career.   Is your Sim in that career?

No she's not. Maybe that's it! I just haven't seen it mentioned on the memorialize section of the legacy challenge rules but maybe that is true. Thanks for the reply!

@Enchantily I did a search online, and the suggested way to memorialize a Sim with a song is simply to write their name in the song title.  Sorry for my misleading info before.
