Sim Can't Sleep

I've never had any trouble with my sims but they moved into a new house and now one of them won't sleep.
He just gets into bed and gets out again.
He keeps getting exhausted but still won't sleep
There's nothing blocking the bed, I've tried resetting him, I've reset the bed, I've tried getting him to nap instead of sleep and i've tried getting him to sleep in a different bed/room but nothing will work.
I just don't know what to do

Hello and welcome to the forum! If you haven't already, the first things you should try is cleaning your caches or repairing your game.

Delete Game Cache Files

Repairing the Game - Right Click on the game and select Repair Game.

This is a known game glitch.

It's recommended to either have the Sim travel, and/or move them out and then back in via Manage Worlds. Also, check if there's anything above the bed, like a picture. This may be "blocking" the bed.
