The Little Island with Rare Grapes in France

Oh my, talk about no manners.  Yes, welcome to the forum.  I didn't even pay attention that was the first post.

If you do the tomb properly [starting with the giant boulders at Petit Bois] there are plenty of rare grapes to harvest as you work your way down to the lowest level.  They're not always easy to spot due to the low light.  

Once you have used the dive pool to get access to Tuatha's Garden [underneath the little Island] you will find Death Flower, Flame Fruit, Life Fruit, Money Trees and more rare grapes ... harvesting the whole lot can take quite a while.  

Then, making your way up to the surface, there are a couple more rare grapes before finally emerging on the surface of the island for more rare grapes, up to 4 workable 'excavate' sites and assorted rocks, gems and butterflies.

PS ... if you teleport/zeneport to the island, the stairs going down won't be revealed.  They only appear if you work your way up from the bottom.

I tried to find that too. I thought there must be some underground passage but now I'm thinking there's really only one way: zeneport.

I thought the easiest way to find a passage would be to search the island for a way off instead of searching every possible site for a way on so I made my Sim zeneport there. I couldn't find anything, there are some stairs but they seem to go nowhere.
There's also an island in Egypt where you can buy property. It's completely empty except for a mailbox and trashcan, nowhere to hide stairs or a door. That must be a vacation home for the serious loner.

I got to the island finally too and only found stairs.  Where are the grapes?

I am wondering if to get to the island you could purchase to teleporter LTR and put it in a vacation home in France if you don't want to spend time working on the martial arts skill.

The grapes are up against the walls.  There's at least one against an outside wall and one against the inner wall.

Thanks, Pam! Really wanted to know! I have a sim that I don't think should have the martial arts skill but I want her to go there.

Easiest way to that island now with latest patch is to swim. My sim got wish to go to France so I had to start there  and then I remembered the island and checked both swimming and going to island. Now to explore it.

I just tried that too, the sides don't look that flat so wasn't sure but yes you can swim across, this is great as before it meant either cheats, martial arts or doing the whole tomb which requires getting pangu's axe first, can't get into the tomb from this side but there's also a few dig sites on the island for relics. Wish i'd had swimming when I did my gardening and nectar making dynasty heir but never mind. Be good for future games at least.

I have had WA pretty much since it came out, and I only found out about the secret passage yesterday after reading the guide on France.  I had either been cheating, or recently, swimming across to get it.  Thanks everyone!

looks like, "Zeneport" is my choice. But maybe it'll take a long time. Cause i didn't complete the "master of meditation" Skill Challenge yet

I was going to add that with the patch that came out with Seasons, it is now possible to swim to the island, but it looks like someone beat me to it.

I, instead of wasting time to get the zeneport, used the testingcheatsenabled true cheat code and teleported out to the island.

I only read through the first page, but I'm sure that all the time that has passed since this EP came out, you've figured this all out.  I just have one question: Why do you think you can't swim across rivers?  I used to do it all the time; that was how I got to the island.  (Faster than zeneport.)  Of course, today I noticed that to get home from the island, my sim is now smart enough to do it himself.  (I used to have to get him in the water, make him swim across, and get him out of the water.)

And if you have zeneport, it's possible to do the entire tomb without cheats.  You just have to zeneport past that one awkward doorway.
