Custom Pictures

Is there any way to take a picture you have saved, let's say, of your dog, and make that a picture to hang in your sims house?  I've looked through mods etc and have not found such a thing. Anyone hear of anything like that?

The slightly easier way is to mess with image replacement for painting (like one of realism painting replaced with one of your own) if you want it framed. If i am not mistaken you only need photoshop and s4pe (I am not modding expert so please find tutorial to replace painting with another image first). Another way if you don't want to use painting, is that you need to convert the image as wall object but I believe it is not as simple as it sounds.
