moonlight as mixologist/manage bar bug

when my sim tries to moonlight as a mixologist or manage the bar at his house the action keeps canceling and the sim teleports a few feet away. i cant seem to find anything about this problem on the internet so can someone here help me?

I ran into the same problem and didn't have a solution better than "keep queuing it up," because eventually one of the actions wouldn't drop and I could successfully moonlight.

Try doing it at a community lot instead of at home. I was never able to moonlight at home.

well that didn't work, when the action cancels out the whole que is droped.

well i figured out how to fix the problem, i had to start a new game and move the family in and the sim was able to tend bars normally
