The nectar from France that has plasma fruit in it does increase the thirst motive. It has with me anyway, not sure about home done nectar. Also none of my vampires have gotten sick because of human food, I like to feed them Ambrosia, at least I did before the save messed up.

I'm positive about this recipe that contain 1 plasma fruit that thirst was on same level. And this vampire never got sick from other fruits, only he didn't get cosy fire moodlet from flame fruit.
Maybe there is a recipe that contain more plasma fruit and vampire consider best nectar. I tested only 2 recipes so far. I was surprised to see that first plasma fruit recipe I tried is amazing:)
On mixology tread I wrote about more research regarding usage of plasma fruit in drinks, and I still don't know why I can't use it even if I can stock it in bar. Also, vampire keep ignoring ANY harvestable stocked in bar. Beside plasma fruit, Sims avoid using only garlic in drinks. Even potato works just fine.

Do you know what the recipe for that nectar is?  It'll usually say, something like "60% cherimola grape, 40% apple".  Maybe only certain combinations improve thirst.  Or maybe it's a bug that only game-made nectars improve thirst, and we'll have to wait for a patch.

I made a terrible nectar recipe with plasma fruit, 5 watermelon and 5 plasma fruit. It improved the thirst motive. so maybe if there is more then 3 it will.

The best I find so far has included 1 plasma, 3 flamefruit and 6 lifefruit.

I found a great quality easily made one that satisfies vampire thirst.  It uses 4 plasma fruit, 2 cherimola blan grapes, and 4 renoit grapes.

Edit:  I found another great plasma recipe.  9 plasma fruit and 1 life fruit.

I think I will like the last one the most, although it is the hardest to make (plasma don't grow fast). To bad flame fruit isn't included, to provide a sim with all the moodlets available.

6 Life Fruit, 3 Flame Fruit, 1 Plasma Fruit.

Satisfies vampire thirst & gives all moodlets available.

Anyway I haven't planted a plasma fruit in forever I've found that feeding them to omni plants work much better.

I just buy all the plasma fruit.  When made by someone with level 10 nectar making, the nectar will be perfect right after it's made, which is good enough for my purposes.

Sounds good. Life and Plasma are pretty rare so it would be nice to know a wonderful recipe that don't need many of them for a change.
