The Skills Dilemma: If You Get Help It'll Cost You

Did any of you age the sim on the day of their birthday from young adult to adult? Or did you just wait the time out?

I did nothing to age her up. She had no cake and no birthday party.

But that might be the difference, one of you used a cake to cake up the scoring sim, and the other didn't.

If you use the cake, your sim will age to elder faster (less days to elder).  I suspect oshizu use the cake, since both Tixxis and oshizu ended on Wednesday.

We have no rule against aging up faster.

oshizu and Tixxis scores are not tied, so this won't matter.  However if another player have the same score with oshizu, I will just look at the day & time to place them on the scoreboard.  Does this sound alright for everybody?

Hm, I just saw that this challenge says no life extension method allowed. 
@oshizu - if this happens in your scoring file, I think that would be a disqualified.

Dexter Skillz and companion managed to max 19 skills. They also got 1 skill to level 6 and 1 to level 8.

(19000+300+400)x.75= 14775

With more planning I could have done much better, though I did enjoy myself

Everly Friend maxed 21 skills by herself.

Last skill was maxed Friday at 6:28 PM, 8 days from becoming an Elder.

For a while, it looked like I was gonna be neck and neck with Tixxis, but that last skill took WAY longer to max then it should've. Ah well, at least I'll finally get my name on the World Ranking!

I think this is the earliest I have ever finished! I have no idea how everyone did so well. My solo sim maxed 10 skills and had 6 skill points in 3 skills!

My sim maxed 11 skills by herself and got 1 to level eight.

Maxed Skills = 11 x 1,000 = 11,000
6-9 = 8 x 50 = 400
HM = 1.0

Total = (11,000 + 400) x 1.0 = 11,400

My Sim managed to max all the skills by herself with 15 days to enjoy before becoming an elder (Friday at 5:03 AM).

Fantastic job ClayMask! I'm excited to see how you managed to finish over a week before me.  (I'm not at all surprised, especially as I made plenty of mistakes, but I'm interested to here how you approached things.)
