Sims 4 Script Call Failed - Placing Items
« on: April 09, 2015, 09:34:36 AM »
So I'm getting this error, script call failed, while in debug in buy mode. I'm trying to place the garden fruits and veggies and most of them will place, but fireleaf, poison fireleaf, and a few others throw me this error. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it?

It appears that this is a bug, mostly associated with furniture from what I'm able to find and  some mods and/or custom content.

It may be due to outdated mods/custom content. As the newest patch broke a lot of mods and custom content. If you have them in your game, it's recommended to go through them to find which need to be replaced or deleted.

Even if you don't have mods/cc installed or have removed them, please clear your game cache files and delete the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder to help with troubleshooting.

Try playing the game again to see if the issue remains.

It maybe possible to use Sims4Studio to batch fix the objects - As seen in the post linked below:
