Can't Get Cheat Code for Familyfunds or Lifetime Points to Work

See my biggest problem with that cheat is that I always forget to enter it in on the menu so I have to go back then have the family loaded again.

When I click on the little Treasure Box after the cheats it only gives me 1 point at a time. Is there something missing?

If you are doing the cheat correctly, you should be getting 500 per click and if you are only getting 1 per click, then it sounds like the cheat did not take.

ok I still cannot get the familyfunds to work, I am running Vista 64-bit with SP1 .. is there any extra step that needs doing? I know that with some you have to click ctrl to do it..

it also says this .. "unknown command: familyfunds "

1.  Control + Shift + C (to display the cheat console) and type: testingcheatsenabled true - hit Enter
2.  Control + Shift + C again and type: familyfunds Hoey 1000000 - hit Enter

Getting one LTP per second is normal' you get some as you get older. You need to control click in the area directly right of the treasure chest in order to get the points.

I'm just baffled why it won't work for you.  Would you mind telling us again exactly what you're doing?  Step by step, exactly what you're typing?

Did you try copying and pasting it into the console instead of typing in the actual cheat?

I hit ctrl+shift+C enter

then it tells me, "unknown command: familyfunds

Looks like after you hit the ctrl+shift+C enter the first time, you did not put in the "testingcheatsenabled on" cheat.  After that then you enter the family funds cheat.  I just tried it and had never used it and it worked.

ok I just did it and it worked....... the first time it took away 678,000 and left me with 100,000, so I did it again and it added 900,000 to it!!! LOL
