03/26 patch - new collection: Eggs

All the eggs are "common" quality and worth only $10 each, with an environment value of 3.  Found them via looking for frogs (logs only) and rummaging trash cans.

Patch notes says "For the month of April", so I am assuming you can collect these till end of April.

The patch description suggests that the reward for collecting all the eggs would only be available in April.
So I'll need to keep that April save fle if I ever want to look at the egg collection reward again?
I'm not sure why I'm stressing about this, lol.

I have no idea if the eggs will all disappear comes May, that would be sad.  I am thinking the eggs will still be around, but you just can't collect/find anymore eggs after April.

Where do you search for them.  In the camping ground, deep woods, at home?  Lol. I'm having a difficult time finding them.

Home area & camping grounds.  I have 8 types just in the home area (willow creek) by looking for frog logs, the last 2 were found in camping ground, but from rummaging garbage cans.

Harvesting plants will also provide you with eggs, as will opening the capsules that the My Sims trophies come in.

I'm not sure if I'll make a page to this one because it will not be helpful after end of April, but might direct folks here in the news so they are aware. But, given the sheer number of ways you can find one of these, I imagine a lot of people are going to discover the new addition on accident.

Been sick, but ready to rock on Tuesday and get the new Expansion into the Guide! Then I will resume covering the few things I can find to write about Vanilla

After collecting all the eggs, I got a message then found the stuffed animal in Buy Mode. It's a rabbit named Bun Bun that comes in four colors.

Yeah I got Blarfy.  The first time I finish the collection, I was in Granite Falls and didn't get my bunny.  Had to do it a second time with a different sim, seems like you won't get your bunny if you finish the collection during vacation.  Although the reward is not really impressive, I could have just gone into buy mode and buy that stuffed animal.

Oh, that's a little odd. My mailbox has been broken so I didn't get anything in the mail. I just went and bought the bunny.

It doesn't come in the mailbox, it just appears in your household inventory.

I found a couple from harvesting in the campgrounds.
