This was originally the Vanderburg Palace from Hidden Springs. I remodeled it for someone to use in a 100 baby challenge. But, I didn't pay attention to price (I'm sure that makes it hard to actually use for the challenge) and it's cost is 300,972. It has 3 living areas, boys/girls bedrooms with bunk beds, a music room, a nursery, a play room, a laundry, a master suite, 7 bathrooms, and more! It's on 60x60 lot and it has stuff from almost every EP and SP. Almost.
