Roommate Messing with Fireplace?

Hi. So, I have a roommate who sleeps on our couch (idk where he came from so I didn't prepare anything for him) and he was messing with the fireplace? Idk what he was doing, it looked like he was tossing things in there but he continued to do it and he'd kind of laugh while doing so? One of my sims actually knows him and the three traits she learned are Daredevil, Over-Emotional, and Never Nude. I'm assuming it might be something to do with Daredevil? The fire didn't change from what I can tell and I know he wasn't spicing up the fire cus no one got a moodlet when I had them stand in front of it.

You're right it's Daredevil that makes him play with the fireplace, all it does is give them an adrenaline rush so they might start running instead of walking for a bit. On the plus side though if you do have a fire in your house he will help extinguish it so it can be a helpful trait.
