I've included both the t-shirt recolors and the CAP sims3pack files. 

I made these to help a simmer friend who using the "Simblr" community (Sims on Tumblr) as a means to raise money for a new wheelchair.  If you want to find out more you can search hashtags like #simsforhayley on Tumblr.
