I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I will be leaving for spring break vacation on March 5 - the day after this event closes. Now what I traditionally do the day after an event closes is get up early, close the event and compute the world ranking, but in this case I will be focused on getting on the road because I will have a very long drive ahead of me. Long story short - this particular event is closing on March 4th still, that has not changed, but it is closing at a specific time - 6 PM CST. That will allow me time to close the event and compute the world ranking that evening and not have to worry about it on the 5th. I am sorry if this will be an inconvenience to some, but hopefully you guys understand. Thanks. Here's what I did in the rules...

This Event Closes March 4, 6 PM CST (Central Standard Time)

I think that will still be well after midnight for me, Metro. In any case, enjoy your holiday!

Just a reminder as everyone gets into this event now that the career event is closed - some Achievements are a little goofy and may complete even though you officially did not do all the necessary work. Just please be honest and do all the required work for an achievement and then you can count it. Thanks and good luck in this event.

Having only played Sims 4 for a little over a month I've seen the achievements pop-up on screen but not very familiar with them. Is there a list somewhere?

If you look on the options menu that comes up when you go to save the game, you'll find Achievements near the bottom.

Well goodness, I should've been more thorough with reading the thread. Thank you very much!

Thanks for checking.  I guess I either have to try ,ore drastic measures with my game, or repair it again before I start my actual run for the challenge.

I have this exact same problem now, and this is how I manage to temporary fix mine, not sure if it will help someone.

If you start your file and achievement points is "not" zero:
1- close game
2- go to origin and repair game
3- start game again

When I have to stop playing, I write down how many achievement points I have on a paper.
When you ready to start playing the file again, I open it up and check my achievement points even before I start playing.
If it matches, play.
If it doesn't match (sometimes the game collect points from your other files too), I will do the 3 steps above.
It is very time consuming and annoying, but oh well.

I didn't do so well with this one... didn't get to do any tests since computer was getting upgraded, so I had to just do it with no practice. But, I did get it done in one day. So there's that. lol

385 Achievement Points was my total.
