Great job!  Your second scoring line is supposed to read teens/YA still in household, right?

That's so right, oppsie.

Looks like I'm going to have to be a DNF. I just haven't had enough time unfortunately. Hopefully with better planning though I should be able to make a better attempt at the next one!

If you managed to have any kids with your couple, you can still report points for whatever you accomplished.

Oh okay, thanks! In that case:

1 Parent = 3
2 Teenagers & 1 Parent = 6
3 Children = 3
Total = 12

Young Adults, Teens and Parents still in home - 4 (x2) = 8

I was really busy with schoolwork, and wasn't able to finish this one up. :/ Here's what I managed to complete:

2 parents and 1 YA with aspiration complete: 9
3 teens at home: 6
1 child at home: 1
Total points: 16

This was my first challenge :) I had a lot of fun with it, despite riding the struggle bus the entire time.

I finished with:
2 YAs + 2 Parents: 4 x 3 = 12
4 Teens: 4 x 2 = 8
1 Child: 1 x 1 = 1
Total: 12 + 8 + 1 = 21

Both parents, plus 13 YA = 45
3 teens = 6
1 baby = 1
Total = 52

loved this one! what a massive family tree!

I made up my mum and dad and then got swamped with work stuff, and sadly even though I've got 11 1/2 hours left local time, I won't have time to do anything. So long story short, mum and dad didn't even get their first children born or far on their first aspirations. So, that is either DNF or 4 points.

I loved this challenge!!! However, my computer didn't. It kept shutting down stating something about the device driver. I think it might be the video card as my laptop is very old. I am getting a new one soon if for no other reason than to help me with challenges. LOL Sadly, I am going to throw in the towel and report what I have. I know I could have done better as my father still has 7 days to leave, but short of calling off work tomorrow to play the Sims I won't be able to finish.

Ima and Ira Fertile completed their aspirations and had 7 children that completed their aspirations and moved out. They had 3 teenagers and 2 children.

9X3=27
3X2=6
27+6+2=35

I hope a similar challenge repeats next year as I want to play this with a better computer, but know I only want to play as part of a challenge.

Thank you everyone and especially Metro for creating these wonderful challenges!!!

A bumpy ride, but... Done!
16 YA moved out + Ma and Pa completed their unique aspirations: 18x3 = 54

This was tedious and quickly repetitive. I learned a few things though. I didn't know that women didn't age when pregnant. It was kind of funny when the children were older than the mother. LOL!

Mom and Dad + kids A to G (7) = 9 X 3 = 27 points
Teens H to K (4) = 4 X 2 = 8
Baby L = 1 X 1 = 1

36 points

Once I knew I could no longer complete aspirations I figured why bother advancing the teens. Something to think about if you create a family challenge again next year.

Okay, now I have to give up. Real Life got in the way and only I started last Sunday, knowing that I'd never finish the challenge. Well, considering I have only been able to play a few hours I'm quite all right with my score. At least I'll get a world ranking now (yeah ;D).

Dad finished his aspiration: 3 points
Mom +2 teenagers: 3x 2 = 6 points
2 kids: 2x 1 = 2 points

Total 11 points
