Where can I find this metal easily?

Well it depends on what town you are in, it's just one of the rarer metal collectables, is this for the inventor op?

Yes it is. I'm playing in Moonlight Falls.

Your best bet might be to mine it with a Miner, or get a hunting dog. The Miner is how I got it in my immortal dynasty because all of the supposed palladium spawn sites never spawned much palladium.

Also, the Consignment Store occasionally has some.

Other than that, Google didn't give me any info about metal spawners in Moonlight Falls. I guess if you have a Collection Helper, you can pick up what the map gives you until you learn where Palladium tends to be found. I honestly don't know myself.

I ran my poor sim's legs off for days, and never found any palladium in Moonlight Falls. Two days with the miner did the trick.

Considering it's my life states dynasty and my sim has literally nothing else to do other than that last challenge, I might just do Gem Collector. Thanks anyway!

I thought for the inventor op, if you went to map view, there would be a tag showing where the palladium was.  We are talking about the one leading to building a simbot, right?

Yes, but I have no tags like that.
