"Master Romancer" not fulfilling?

My Sim has Woohooed with five different sims, each on a different lot. I got the notification that said he became a Master Romancer, and it says in his scrap book that he did as well. But the Lifetime Wish isn't fulfilled? What's with this? How can I get it to fulfill?

I'd try one more sim at one more location myself, I've not done this particular lifetime wish but I know some others wont fulfill until I've done at least one extra, perfect garden for example always seems to need one more plant to finally register.

So I tried again on a completely new lot with a new person and it still didn't fulfil... Is there a way I can cheat it as checked off? I mean, I know how to cheat in Lifetime Happiness points and all but I wanna have that official little thing, y'know?
I tried resetting him but that just brings him home... oddly enough? If I recall correctly, isn't it supposed to set them to a neutral state? Because he still retains all his moodlets and everything, he's just now standing at home.
