...they make Metro's "hotpants" look like granny pants...

Hey, now. This can be interpreted as if I wear hotpants. I'm still on the fence.

Agreed with Esther don't feel selfish. I myself have been whining about it to my friends all week, hopefully getting it tomorrow actually...

I'm still trying to figure out what Metro meant with that. I guess wearing hotpants while sitting on a fence must be pretty uncomfortable. Either that, or the fence snagged his hotpants and he's still there because he's stuck. One never knows with him.  ;D

Adj.   1.   on the fence on the fence - characterized by indecision; "some who had been on the fence came out in favor of the plan"; "too many voters still declare they are undecided"
undecided
indecisive - characterized by lack of decision and firmness; "an indecisive manager brought the enterprise to a standstill"
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/on+the+fence

On the fence is undecided! So either Metro is undecided on whether or not he is going to wear hotpants or undecided on whether or not he will be admitting to it. I would guess undecided on admitting it.  :P
If it was meant in another way it passed over my head as well.

Edited to add the link for the definition. Sorry, I forgot that.

I seriously can't picture Metro in hotpants! I don't know what 99% of people on here look like in RL, but try as I might, I just can not picture Metro in them!  ;D ;D

Hello everyone. My name is Platnum and its been and hour since I played the Sims. And that is because I had to pickup my daughter from daycare.

I would like to share with the group tonight. I refused to let my son play Sims on the laptop. I have TS3 on my cell phone so I let him play. However, I'm sure I don't have to tell you that is it very limited compared to the PC game. So he asked me if he could do a family on the computer. He is only eight so I was able to use the excuse that it is much more graphic than the cell phone version and it is rated T for teen. But I know what you guys are thinking and you are right. I didn't want to give up my game on the computer.

So...Tell me Sims Anonymous, am I a mean mommy? Do I need to seek some professional help?

Not at all! My niece is almost 3 and she asks me all the time to play and I tell her no! She just likes the pic on the screen and loves being on the computer but I do it cause I need it lol.

You don't see like a hotpants guy to me, actually.;D Actually, though, I was a bit shocked at a wish my sim got after I tried 'Try for Baby in Elevator'(Since my game aparently dosen't like sims woohooing on the bed, if I don't control them both.) She got a wish to 'Woohoo in 5 places', and I swore my eyes bugged out of my head. Some of the clothing is pretty risque too, but I think that's because I'm a bit prude when it comes to clothes. Oh...One last thing I noticed...Some of my female NPC sims in one of my games...Well, let's just say they abused that new slider bar. And they like the new gothic style tops. It's not too pretty a combination, in my opinion.

Hello my name is Kyla and I am addicted to the Sims 3.

I'm not sure exactly how it started, but I do know that the first Sims game I ever played was on the PS2 at one of my friend's house. I think it's safe to say that I can blame my addiction on her. Just kidding. I started playing the original Sims for the PC sometime in middle school I think. Then Sims 2 came out and I played that (all expansion packs included) and last year when the Sims 3 came out, I literally went insane and my dad got it for Christmas for me! :D Love you Daddy! Then I got World Adventures and Ambitions and now Sims is all I think about. Well I still think about applying to college and stuff but still. The Sims 3 rules.

Hi, My name is AriaGirl, and I'm a Sims Addict.  Somtimes... when it's really bad... I avoid doing things like laundry, and dishes, things I know I NEED to do to keep myself clean and healthy... and I ignore the fact that those things need to be done just so I can... can... update my Dynasty/Legacy threads.  *SIGH*  I'm so ashamed!!!

Lately, I've been so absorbed with my "real life" that I can't play at all, and the closest I get to getting my Sims Fix is coming here and posting on the forum.  And horror of horrors... I still haven't bought the latest expansion!  I am jones'n real bad, let me tell ya!  To top it all off, my mother-in-law is visiting, and so there's no hope of getting my fix until Nov. 10th!!  GAH!!!  How will I survive?!?!

I play on a Mac laptop with SPs and EPs up to and including Ambitions. LN is still "in transit" at the Best Buy here.
You've played too much TS3 when ... your 13 month old's babble sounds like Simlish!

Welcome everyone, newcomers and regulars. Thanks for sharing. *clapping in the circle* :D

There have been plenty of times when I would go days straight Simming. Today is Saturday and I have been on since Thursday evening back and forth between game and forum. I didn't even take my daughter to daycare yesterday. So this will be one of those times. Don't be ashamed, I think I can speak for a lot of us when I say we are family. I'm sure someone was laid up in PJ's for days at a time Simming. Even if they don't want to share.

As for mommy-in-law... Too bad there's no Cowplant in real life huh?  ::) (Ooh that was very naughty. Bad girl!)
