Chief of Mischief Aspiration Question

I'm in the second milestone of the Chief of Mischief aspiration, and I've hit a roadblock. I cannot figure out how to "Use a Computer to Cause Mischief." It says to click the computer and choose a mischievous action such as writing chain letters and hacking. My sim is level 3 in Mischief, but still nothing shows up. What am I missing? :c

At level 4, you can send chain letters; it's under the social menu on the computer.  If you have a high enough programming skill, you can also hack.  I don't think trolling the forums counts as one of the actions for the aspiration, but it will raise your mischief skill.

Thanks. Trolling doesn't count, but I'll just get to raise her mischief skill a little more to get the chain letter action. Thank you!
