I was on the exchange yesterday and I downloaded some tatoos and I was trying to download clothing, like shoes and outfits and I they appeared in my download section of the game but I went to install and a message for each item kept popping up saying the item was already installed and I either don't have the right expansion pack or I need to install something else to have it. It was the part that just has the items and doesn't say any amount of points. I mean, I looked at each item and I didn't see anything specific to a certain expansion pack. There was this tinkerbell dress I saw which I really wanted, because ever since I got supernatural I had this idea of making a tinkerbell fairy and I thought the dress would be perfect. I thought this would be something simple but apparently I'm doing something wrong.
Could someone please help? Sorry if this is in the wrong spot.
