Chronicles by the Watcher
« on: December 27, 2014, 10:27:45 PM »
Hello my fellow simmers. So you and anyone else who tries to read my stories are probably getting very annoyed by now due to the fact that I keep restarting them. Well this is the last Legacy I'm going to try for. If this doesn't work then I'm just going to give up on Legacies. I will keep writing other stories. Probably shorter than the Legacy ones but I will keep writing. So without further ado, let's hop into the Legacy

Chapter 1: The Introductions

"Greetings reader, my name is Kit, Kit the Watcher to be specific. It's in my name tag and everything. But I'm just going to let you know, this story isn't about me. I'll just be following it."

"This story is about little Addy Grimm. She's a toddler at the moment, as you can see, but she'll grow into what our founder will become. I intend to raise her up until she's a child so she is happy and safe. Afterwards I'm going to cut myself out of her existence. I'll be around watching. But not interfering."

"I jumped into teaching her the basics she would need to know for life."

"Walking."

"Talking."

"And being potty trained."

"The house I had built for us wasn't much. It gave her the necessities she would need to grow up without me there. Her home was on the ground floor. All of it hers. Then my room was in the basement. I was surrounded by every bit of knowledge I could ever hope to learn. Which is what I intend to do. While she raises her family up, I will be skill building."

"I started by learning the writing skill, the first novel I released was called Battle Gnomes. Only the conspirators would realize it wasn't fiction. Gnomes were magical, but not always too friendly. I followed this book with my first bit of Non-Fiction. Generation 1: Founder."

I was the Family Chronicler. This made me more than just their Watcher. It was through me that the world would remember their greatness.

Seriously, this came to me last night while I was trying to fall asleep. I just had to make it a thing. Hope you enjoy. Make sure to leave some comments to let me know what ya think.

Chapter 2: The Founder's First Friend

We return to little Addy being taken to her child cake. It is this point on that she will not see me again. I still will be keeping the baby monitors around upstairs just so I can keep an ear out for things.

But for now, I'm going to just shut up, as I pass the Legacy to our founder.

Ummmm, hi? I'm Addy. I just became a child apparently. I vaguely remember someone being here to care for me as a toddler. But I can't remember who it was. Anyways, I guess I live all alone in this big house. Well, not all alone at least.

I've always got Aaron. He's my best friend. I've had him for as long as I can remember. But I guess that's not very long. Anyways though, it wasn't long after my birthday that Aaron became real, was able to walk around with me and play and everything.

After my very rough first day of school, I returned to find that my room had been completely changed. The crib and baby toys were all gone.

I asked Aaron about it, but said he knew nothing. One moment everything was the same, next the changes had been made. He wondered why I had taken so long to get home, I explained that I had started taking ballet lessons. He was encouraging as I showed him the new plie move I'd learned that day.

Then we ran outside to play after I'd finished my homework. I hadn't bothered to change my clothes even though it was pouring outside.

That night after I'd gone to sleep I thought I could smell some type of fume, it was strange and new to me, I waited, after a while it went away. What was that smell coming from?
