That... was a painful experience XD  My score is abysmal.  Don't worry December, you're still on top XD

Careers capped: 1 * 1200= 1200
Careers L6+: 4*200= 800
Rewards: 16* .05= .8 +1= 1.80
1200+800=2000
2000*1.80= 3600

If I'm incorrect in my math, please let me know.

2 job caps = (1200 x 2) = 2400
6 - 9 = none (got them both to level 5  :( was so close to lvl 6! :P)
24 rewards x 0.05 = 1.2. Final multiplier =  1.00 + 1.20 = 2.20

My total: 2400 x 2.20 = 5280

A bit dissapointing to be honest  :P I had some trouble maxing out the careers. Sometimes their progress even went backwards  :o Still had a lot of fun though!

Good Job everyone that has finished so far!

UGh, I hate careers in Sims 4! They are so frustrating! I'm only half way thru my sims lives (just became adults) since I can't get motivated to play. I'm glad we have a while to complete this challenge, cause I am just dragging my feet. Sigh.

MissZoef, My sims progress reset, too. A couple times. Right when she was at the verge of maxing it out... bam... reset to light green.... I'm frustrated.

Yeah it is super annoying. Although it makes for quite a challenge  :P One of the things that makes it also more difficult is those screens popping up where you have to choose between two things. Those things can really backfire. And the resetting yeah.. ah well. Still enjoyed it  :) But I must say that I liked the sims 3 jobs better.

Okay I had to have something to do while sick.

I ended with:

Career Cap:  1200 x 2 = 2400

6-9: 0

Rewards: 16 x 0.05 = .80

Final Multiplier  = 1 + .80 = 1.80

Total =  2400 x 1.80 = 4320

Might have been better if I wasn't sick. But I'll take it.

Finished!

Careers Capped:
2 x 1200= 2400

Careers L6+:
None

Rewards:
25 x 0.05
= 1.25 +1
= 2.25

Score:
2400 x 2.25
= 5400

This one was so frustrating at times! I was so close to having their second careers at level 7! :(

Definitely a really fun challenge though ^_^

Careers Capped:
2 x 1200= 2400

Careers Level 6+:
2 (Level 6) = 400

Rewards:
30 x 0.05
= 1.50 +1
= 2.50

Score:
2800 x 2.50
= 7000

EDIT:
Just realized this morning that two of the careers I picked had the same first reward. So my score should actually be 7000! Sorry about that!

Well I'm finally finished! And, yep, still not liking careers in SIms 4.

Careers Capped:
1200 x 2 = 2400

6-9:
0

Rewards:
25 x 0.05=1.25
1.25=1.00=2.25

2400 x 2.25= 5400

I was so close to getting both my sims to level 6 in their 2nd careers. Ryan needed about 30 more minutes of work time to get promoted and Tiana needed another day. :( So close!

Careers Capped:
2 @ 1200 = 2400

6-9:
3 @ 200 = 600

25 @ .05 =  2.25

3000  X 2.25 = 6750

Finally done!  :D

Career Cap - 2 careers maxed = 2400 points

6 - 9 - level 8 x 2 = 600x2 = 1200 points

Rewards - 48 = 48x.05 = 2.4 (final multiplier is 3.4)

Total Score: (2400+1200)x3.4 = 12240 points

So, I am trying this challenge. But I have to say, the patch broke the careers. And as fun as this idea is, it's sad because it's just not really working right. I have not used any mods or cc in my game. It's a new game file, because it's required of the challenge.
Also, based on the bug forum that Crinrict tracks, i'm not the only one who is having problems with it.
Anyhow, still planning to finish my try, but it's kind of frustrating.

Well, in my opinion "breaking" something means it cannot actually be done and be used. The patch made leveling careers much more time consuming, agreed. That does not mean it's broken. It's harder and more challenging.
