There's no "ask to just be friends" interaction

I really don't like sims' Free Will. At this time, my old girl made a trouble. When she was in Shang Simla market, the special merchant, Ai Pei came and asked to schmoozed to my elder female sim and she accepted it herself and the relationship turned into the 'romantic interest' with heart emoticon and that bothers me because she already has been engaged with other male sim. How can I get rid of please?

I tried to find the interaction "Ask to just be friends" under "mean" menu but I can't find it. There's no "break up" menu either. So she just insulted his feeling and their green bar is now 'acquaintance' but they still have heart.  Is this a bug or..?

Do you have University Life? If you do, go into your relationship tab, click on the guy's face, and click, "Send break-up text."

I tried that too but I can see only "send friendly text", " send picture", and "send insulting text".


Oh I finally got it. She confessed for her real fiancee to Ai Pei, and he asked her to break up!
And now they are left as acquaintance. Thank God!

Ai Pei is a ladies man, he did the same thing to my sim but she was a young adult!

I see you fixed it, but another possible fix is might be to make the relationship get farther into the red to change the heart to disliked. It could fix it, if the ask to be friends is missing.
