The sims 3 Stater Pack reward?

I want to purchase The sims 3 starter pack for my friend.

but if i buy that, is he got both UV Light Reward (The sims 3 late night reward) and Let There Be Plumbobs Award reward (The sims 3 base game reward) on the sims 4 since the starter pack contain basegame and late night expansion pack?

I'm a little confused by your question.  You posted it on the Sims 4 Forum, but you're talking about Sims 3, I think.  There's not a Sims 4 starter pack yet because it's brand new and no expansions have been released yet.  All you can buy is the Sims 4 base game.  I can't tell what this has to do with anything about Sims 3.

i will try to explain again, i want to buy the sims 3 starter pack for my friend via origin. the starter pack is contain the sims 3 base game, the sims 3 late night, and the sims 3 high end loft stuff and that only cost $34.99

my friend already have the sims 4. my question is will my friend receive UV Light Reward (from owning The sims 3 late night) and Let There Be Plumbobs Award reward (from owning The sims 3 base game) on the sims 4 if he register the sims 3 starter pack since the starter pack contain base game and late night expansion pack? or he only get Let There Be Plumbobs Award reward (from owning The sims 3 base game) since on the origin page only state that reward?

Ok, I think I understand.  Your friend is buying Sims 3 after already owning Sims 4, and you want to know if he will get the extra bonus items in Sims 4.  I don't know the answer, unfortunately, but there might be someone else here who does.
