Thomas, according to the Sims wiki, toddlers learn from the toys at a higher rate, but they learn the 3 basics at the regular rate. Nothing to worry about, it's higher, but not extremely higher.

This is the son of Leighton Sekemoto and Joslin Redhouse in Bridgeport.  Actually, she had triplets, one girl and two boys.  This little guy stood out, because he looked more like the Sekemoto side and the little girl is going to have Joslin's features, but her dad's black hair.  This toddler, I believe Jacob is his name, has Joslin's hair color.  All three are adorable and I am thinking of moving Joslin and the three little ones to SV to continue the Redhouse Sage, not sure yet what I am going to do.

I had tried all of the other skills as a vampire, but not photography.  I was talking to my sister and she said that her vampires maxed out the photography skill in just a couple of pictures with the most expensive camera.  I guess that would be a good way to get a head start on photography.  Will have to try that when I get home from work.  For some reason, forgot all about photography. :)

That toddler is so cute! He will definetely be a stud when he grows up. On a seperate note, I also completely forgot about photography. That is something I have got to try out.

I had tried all of the other skills as a vampire, but not photography.

I had a turned vampire who maxed photography in 2 days, taking pictures from dusk until dawn.  So even if it's not affected by the "mach 12 learning rates," it can still be maxed pretty quickly. :P

When vampires burn up, will they stop if they enter a rabbit-hole?

If they don't, Seabody, then I think you have a major bug on your hands.

Thanks Esther and Shenice. I don't recall having that problem, but it's been ages since my vamps have gone into a Rabbit-Hole.

They're supposed to, but on very rare occasions the Burning Up moodlet will persist for a time after they enter.  I've never actually seen it get to the point to where they get the Too Much Sun moodlet, though.

My vampire children don't learn some skills fast. So far the ones I've observed are Cooking, Fishing and Gardening.
Why? :'(

Well Children can't really learn Cooking and Gardening anyway, apart from the Toy Oven. Children can learn fishing but I have not tried that one yet with a Vamp Kid.
