If you don't have the expansion with Scouts/Drama club, are your future generations unable to add the extra 4 items to the museum?

1 item if your sim maxes all toddler skills
1 item if your sim completes a childhood aspiration
1 item if your sim  maxes drama/ scouts if you have the pack.
1 item is your sim gets an "A" as a child and teen in school.

So if you don't have the scouts/drama club them you add 3 additional instead of four.

With the magical realm pack, am I allowed to have a spell caster as my founder? Additionally am I allowed to move in spell casters to my household as is? I know with vampires I have to cure them before I can move them in.

Also, I noticed in my dynasty file that Father Winter was moved into an empty household recently. Should I leave him there or do I need to evict him?

Yes, you can a spell caster as your founder and yes you can move then in because they are not immortal like vampires. 

Father Winter is fine to stay in his home. Even he needs a home. :)

I just wanted to let everyone know that as soon as I and the rest of the team have had a chance to thoroughly do our thing with the new pack, I will update asap. I will be on vacation June 14th-21st; so please be patient and I will update as I get figure things out.

Tiny Lot Stuff:

If you wish to start your sim out with a Micro Home, that is fine, but you will need to expand as soon as it is necessary. This is totally the player's decision.

No mods allowed in you are going for the Hall of Fame.

Mods, Cheats, and Custom/Premium Content   List of Approved Mods
Custom Content and Premium Content are fine and are to be used at your own risk. No mods or cheats are allowed with a few exceptions: lighting mods that change the look of the game are fine; Moveobjects is fine; some bugs may creep up that a mod could fix, but team permission is always necessary in these cases.

ResetSim Firstname Lastname. You may only use this cheat in the event of a stuck Sim.
Moveobjects. You are allowed to use this cheat at your discretion.
Buydebug cheat (bb.showhiddenobjects) is banned.

The Manage Worlds screen is off-limits unless you need to evict ghosts from households or re-populate town (more rules below).
You are allowed to re-populate your town ONCE per dynasty.
Move-in Sims can be a mixture of YA and/or children.  They can be EA created Sims and/or Sims created from scratch in CAS with a blank slate - no rewards/skills, etc.
You must have at least one bad trait (mean, evil, glutton, insane, lazy, slob, hates children, jealous, noncommittal, squeamish, and unflirty) for each created Sim.
If you are moving in Maxis/EA generated families, leave their traits alone.
You can move in a maximum of 20 Sims, the household number does not matter.
Gallery Sims from other players are not allowed.

@Narinn2045: even beyond your one-time repopulation voucher, there are a few kinda-sorta legit ways to generate new sims. Totally dynasty legal, maybe not as effective as I'm making them sound. Oh well.

- Start but then cancel an adoption (generates children)
- Hang around libraries and gyms so librarians and trainers are generated, you could even try placing extra ones at the start of your file.
- Thanks to more service NPCs being patched in: forget to pay your bills or set things on fire. :P
- The detective and doctor jobs are extremely broken but sims are supposed to get generated for your jobs.

@Narinn2045 the trait boosts all skilling (though not the main feature). I'm gonna add it to the Skill Boosting Lot Traits list unless someone else stops me, so yes, it would count as your lot's skill boosting trait.

When using a smaller Lot be sure to adjust the beginning funds back to 10,000.
