@sdhoey - yes, I've been having the same problem with parties and dates. Nothing ticks off and is a failure within about 10 sim mins

After a much-too-long hiatus from The Sims 4, I think I'm ready to jump back into my Immortal Dynasty; however, I noticed there is a new rule that I wanted to clarify before I begin.

I saw that all created Sims must have at least one negative trait. Does this apply to the founder, as well as all heirs born in the dynasty?

The rule that you're referring to applies only to Sims that you move into town. If your town becomes unpopulated, you're allowed to move in Sims once during the course of the dynasty.

@Nutella @MarianT @Metro can we still have a club if we don't use the skilling perks? My lot trait is setup for that. But can we still have clubs without the skills?

As the rules say:  Lot Traits Route -- Only one skill boosting lot trait allowed, the other 2 spots can be empty or any non-skill boosting lot traits.  Once all the traits are chosen, they must remain the same for the rest of the dynasty.  You are still allowed to have clubs and form clubs, but not allowed to buy any club perks.
