Can we add tattoos as often as we wish to heirs now that it is a non-cheat 'click on a chest of drawers' CAS interaction?

Yes, no restriction on tattoos.

It may have been asked but I can't seem to find it. When setting up a new game file, in Newcrest, can we put a couple of the Maxis homes there?

As far as I know, as long as it's Maxis-created, we can put it down.  If someone can confirm?

Yes you can place Maxis created empty houses in Newcrest or in any other world, but you cannot bulldoze stuff just to place the house.  If there is empty lot, then go ahead.

However you mention place houses for Townies to live in?  You can't play around / change townies.  Townies needs to remain in their original houses, no moving them from that to another house.

I'm not sure if this has been asked but I was wondering if I could get a minor clarification.

I understand that Maxis created buildings refers to the ones that are automatically placed into my gallery by owning a game.  However, with the way the gallery works and how the new Eaxis teams do things now, they are placing Maxis created (for trailers, broadcasts) buildings on the gallery that are available for download. The EA ID they are under is MaxisCreator_01.  They are still Maxis created buildings but they were made available through another tool of the game.  And I'm not just talking restaurants, since we're waiting on the official rulings for those, but they also have gardens from the Romantic Stuff Pack, Residentials from various trailers, and rooms as seen in trailers and official pictures.

RULES UPDATE:

With the addition of Newcrest, you are allowed to place "MAXIS CREATED" buildings (commercial and residential) in your dynasty.  Go into gallery, look under "My library", the official maxis created buildings/houses will be in there.  You can also find more Maxis creation under "Community", with EA Account ID = MaxisCreator_01.

No restrictions as long as you follow these rules:

1 -- They are Maxis created.
2 -- No bulldozing to place these lots, use empty lots only.
3 -- No structural changes can be made to these buildings or any other buildings.
