Unlike a lot of people, Supernatural didn't really appeal to me. I preferred regular Sims and usually had vampires turned off because they just annoyed me.
I would like toddlers back, I had a lot of fun with them. I suppose I could live without them, but I enjoyed them a lot in Sims 3.
It'd be cool to bring back skills like pottery and sewing from Freetime, where they were used as talent badges. Flower arranging would be nice, I think from Open for Business? It would give more use for the flowers Sims can grow with the gardening skill. More complicated bouquets offer higher environment bonuses, maybe emotion bonuses, and require higher skill and rarer plants, like the orchid. A death flower bouquet would be interesting! It'd be nice to be able to put them in vases and gift them to other sims. That being said, I think a gifting system like in Sims 3 would be cool!
Some more toys and stuff that can be kept in Sims' inventories would be nice. Hula hoops, jump ropes, baseballs, footballs, boom boxes... Some of those are from Sims 3.
And I loved pets, I would really like them back. I'd like to see how their version of CAS works in Sims 4. Dogs and cats, mainly. I loved horses, too, but I'd be okay if they didn't make it into Sims 4. And minor pets like turtles, snakes, hamsters, birds, all that good stuff. I imagine that'll be coming at some point, I don't think that would be left out of this generation of Sims.
