I do agree with you, I wish they added a metal/rock station (although I like the blues too), however can you imagine cradle being sung in simlish!  :D

They did it in Sims 2, only they should have changed it into post-rock/hardcore because it was far from being metal.
But everything's impossible, and growling/grunting/screaming in Simlish won't be THAT different, I guess.

Not sure if anyone knew this or not, but if your sim has a need moodlet, click on the moodlet icon and they will automatically fulfill that need, for example, if they have a hunger moodlet, left click on that moodlet and the que will come up for your sim to fix themselves something to eat or if they have a "strained moodlet" they will automatically find something to relieve the stress.  My sister just found this out and I did try it and it helped alot.  If you have multiple sims and some are home and some are dowtown or wherever, you do not have to keep switching back and forth, just click on the sim at home and if they have a need moodlet, click on it while you are downtown.  Kinda neat, I thought. :)

Wha-wha-what? *triple-take*  How did I miss this gem? Thanks, Salty!

Yeah!  That's definitely a new one on me.  Is this a recently-added feature, or has it always been there?

Thanks, in any case!

I am not sure if it is new or added or what, but I really like it.  I tried it out last night and it was pretty cool.  I guess it would come in most handy if someone chooses not to use high free will.  They could just click the moodlet. :)

I'm not using free will, I turned it off. I like it so far, but don't know how it'll be when I'll have 3+ sims in my household... anyway, the moodlet thing is awesome :)

That really is wonderfull! Finally sims are really one step forward getting automish, if that's the right word for it.

With my article out of the way I can explore BP more now and I have to say I am loving it!  ;D

I love the pigeons!

I also just found out there were food vans which I am sure have been mentioned. I just didn't take it in.

The Views from the Sky Scrapers are great! I would love to workout or even live with views like Hannah has!

I put a video of the pigeons on our Facebook page for Leto, but he hasn't been able to view it.  Maybe he can now.

Something I have noticed since getting LN is that the two children I've had since then have never had other kids come home with them after school or gotten the message that another child wants them to come over after school.  Every other child I've played has had these things happen.  I can't say I miss it as that extra kid always seemed to be in the way of what I wanted my sim to do, but I'm wondering if other people have experienced this change?

Just yesterday my Barnacle Bay game had a sim teen come home after school with the other teens. She hadn't been invited and I don't remember seeing a notice about it.

I had one child in Bridgeport, and there were no other kids in her school!  I set her priority to "Make new friends" and she never met anyone.  Her Social bar got so low, I got a warning that if she didn't socialize, a social worker would take her away.

I think the problem was fixed once she became a teenager though.

Wow, that's a big problem, and pretty likely due to the demographics of the town. I hope the patch addresses that (assuming we get one :o).

Hmm, odd. Coworkers spawn whenever you join a profession and there are none employed; I thought classmates did the same.

How low was it?  She would get the lonely moodlet, but the threat of a social worker?  And just from a day at school?
