Chapter 55- Goodbye Hidden Springs (Part II)

Now that I was done with my requirements, it was time for me to go out on my own. It was pretty cool that I got to move to a brand new town and meet a whole bunch of new people. The bad part was that I had to leave my family behind. Since that was the case, I made sure to say goodbye to everyone before I left. I started with Aunty Willow.

I found Mom after that.

Stone had just come home from school, so I was able to give him his goodbye hug.

I told him that I left him my bass. Stone was pretty happy.

The last person that I needed to see was my Dad. He came home after his game, which his team won- yay!- and I immediately pulled him into a hug.

I was going to miss everyone, but I had to do this. I placed the call to the realtor to move out to a brand new place.

Any guesses on where our fair Rain will be moving?

Well done, Rain! Congrats again to the Hidden Springs Sakuras. Yeah, I have no idea where she's off to. Maybe Sunlit Tides? (I just have a need to visit there myself once I can make time for TS3 which is almost never now, oops.)

Nope, surprise me.

Well done, Rain! Congrats again to the Hidden Springs Sakuras. Yeah, I have no idea where she's off to. Maybe Sunlit Tides? (I just have a need to visit there myself once I can make time for TS3 which is almost never now, oops.)

All shall be revealed in this chapter  ;)

Thanks Trip  ;D

Chapter 56- To The Valley

I was just about to move to my new town when I was suddenly transported to this weird place.

Okay, so it wasn't totally weird. I actually figured out where I was based on the stories that Aunty Willow told me. She learned those from her Mom, which was my great great grandma, who learned those from her ancestors. You know, the ones that we're trying to save. Anyhoo, I was at Grim's place.

Not that I expected them to roll out the welcome wagon, I went off in search of someone.

"Hey!" I said to the lady I came across. "I'm Rain Sakura."
"Welcome, Ms. Sakura," the woman replied.
I could tell that she was all business.

"So, what's up?" I asked her. "Why am I here?"
"You are here as a part of your moving requirements," the woman, Julie, explained. "You are not allowed to take any money with you to the new town, save for $4000."
"That's rich of you," I said sarcastically.

"I don't make the rules, I just enforce them," Julie replied.

"So, what, are you, like Grim's secretary or something?" I questioned.

"Essentially," Julie stated.
"In other words, you run the show," I said with a wink.
A ghost of a smile crossed Julie's lips.
"Don't let the Boss hear you say that," she said.

"Julie!" we heard a voice call from the room next to us. "Where's my latte?"
I chuckled.
"Here's my cash, simoleans, moolah, dinero, etc." I said, handing my stuff over to Julie.

"Thank you, Ms. Sakura," Julie replied. "You will be transported back to your new town at the end of the hallway. Good day."

I headed back down the hallway from which I entered and, as Julie stated, I was transported back to Simlandia. Specifically, Dragon Valley.

My new place was pretty nice. It was definitely different than Hidden Springs, for sure, but nice. The next thing I had to do was go out and find a nice man friend. I didn't expect finding a spouse to be easy, scientifically speaking. But, I was happy to be proven wrong.

I was out greeting some of the locals and I met a cute guy by the name of Mason Sackholme. The attraction was instant, to say the least.

I guess I get my bravery from my Mom because I didn't waste any moment to tell Mason exactly how I felt and where I wanted this relationship to go.

Thankfully he was on board.

Mason and I made it official, right then and there.

And, since I sort of needed to have kids like, right away, I asked Mason to be my man forever and ever.

Thankfully, that didn't scare him off and he agreed to marry me.

Here is my future hubby, Mason.

Like I said, Dragon Valley is pretty nice!

And there you have it, Dragon Valley is the third world that I rolled at random for this dynasty. With a new world, there is a new name theme. The theme for Dragon Valley is going to be celestial terms.

Chapter 57- Two for the Price of One

Mason and I headed home to our lovely little abode and got married that day.

After our wedding ceremony, we had a little party with Mason's sister, Susie. Once Susie left to go to work, Mason and I headed upstairs to celebrate our wedding night.

There were explosions, for sure, just not the kind that you may think.

Mason coming to bed smelling like smoke and burnt disgustingness made me feel pretty nauseous.

I told Mason to cool it with the potions for a bit and he agreed. Instead, he decided to take up gardening.

I had a few days off from work to allow Mason and me to settle in, now that we were married and everything. I went out to town to get to know some of the locals. I met a really nice lady while out and about and discovered that she was pregnant. Future in law? You bet she is.

I definitely made sure to lock that little nugget of information away when I realized that I, too, was expecting some nooboos!

I told Mason and he was thrilled. We were really looking forward to having kids.

The days went by pretty quickly and things were uneventful, at least until I started getting some stomach pains. I thought that it might be the burnt mac n' cheese but then soon discovered that they were not stomach pains, but labor pains instead.

Mason and I rushed to the hospital to welcome our little baby into the family.

Here is our daughter, Soleil.

And her twin sister, Starling.

Having twins was definitely a surprise. Mason and I had our hands full, so it was no surprise that the girls' birthdays arrived sooner than we thought.

Soleil, the eldest, went first.

She was a nice blend of Mason and me.

Starling followed her sister.

Like her sister, Starling was also a nice blend of my and Mason's features.

Regardless of what they looked like, our girls were awesome.

You got lucky with the girls mixed genes, nice. The wedding area is terrific, looks so lovely and perfect for tying the knot.

What a beautiful wedding site! Sure beats my typical bathrooms and front porches.

I like creating wedding areas, especially if they are going to be used for a couple of generations. Might as well make it aesthetically pleasing!

Chapter 58- Amazing Maid

Mason and I teamed up in order to teach the twins their toddler skills. We started with potty training.

Once we mastered the potty, we moved on to talking.

Mason and I did take a break and let the girls have some fun or get in a little nap once in a while. At one point, the maid went upstairs to go and tidy up the girls' room. She is such a great maid and she loves the kids (I've never seen a maid snuggle and kiss the kids).

With break time over, it was time for toddler training round 2.

Talking? Check.
Potty? Check.
Walking? Soon to be check.

It didn't take Soleil and Starling very long to get all of their skills mastered, so they got to enjoy the rest of their toddler days playing and having fun.

Starling liked the peg box while Soleil had fun with the xylophone.

When it came time for their child birthdays, the girls were more than ready to age up. Soleil, the eldest, went first.

Starling followed suit...

...Okay, she at least tried to follow suit. Unfortunately, the cake spontaneously burst into flames. However, it was super maid to the rescue. Not only does she like kids, she keeps them alive, too. Best. Maid. Ever.

We tried Starling's birthday again and it went off without a hitch this time.

Mason and I updated Soleil and Starling's room while they went and updated their child outfits.

Here is Starling.

She was already an Artistic Genius, but she gained the Family Oriented trait for this birthday.

Here is Soleil.

She wasn't too different from her sister, as they were both a Genius. However, Soleil Hates the Outdoors but is a huge Supernatural Fan, which is something that apparently developed after her most recent birthday.

The twin are very beautiful. Their coloring works really well in them.
