The Sims 3 Into the Future: Legacy Statues GuideHow to Unlock The Time Keeper: Become Best Friends with Emit Relevart (the Time Traveler), then change the Future to either Dystopian or Utopian. You'll have to do a chain of opportunities, whichever you pick. Then change it to the other outcome by doing the other chain. You can do this with the Almanac of Time or by talking to the Time Traveler. Finally, you'll get Oasis Landing back to Normal by talking to Emit about Repairing the Future, using the Almanac, or even using level 10 of Advanced Technology's ability to Reset the Time Continuum at the Portal. If you are not Best Friends with Emit when you do this, you'll need to change the Time Continuum one more time while at that Friendship level. It is best to talk to Emit in the Future rather than visit with him on your lot, as it takes several more hours than his visit length to achieve Best Friends. So long as you are Best Friends with Emit, you can even do this entire process with a few clicks of the Time Remote Control Lifetime Reward - but that is not optimal, as it is the reward you get for attaining this Legacy Statue.
Bonus Your Sim Receives: As stated, you'll get a Time Remote Control for your efforts, which lets you freely change Oasis Landing to Utopian, Dystopian, or Normal while keeping relationships you've developed there. You will get the Time Keeper Legacy Statue and +15 moodlet while visiting the Future, as well.
