No promotion

Hi, I hope I'm in the right forum but I just have a question. I've been playing the Sims 4 for almost a week now. I have 2 sims working, but only 1 is getting promotion. I go to work inspired and I washed the dishes, still no luck. Can someone please tell me what to do. It's about the culinary career. She's at level 1. Thank you.

You need to completed specific conditions for the career. In TS4 you couldn't simply reach to the next career with full bar for work alone. Please check about job section (in the panel) and you can see the requirements. I have my Sim reached culinary career until the top.

Thank you for your reply. I finally got a promotion. Beside cooking the meals and washing the dishes I didn;t know that the bar had to be green. I'm level two now. Thank you very much!! Have a nice day...
