I love it! I can't wait to play with this in game. I really like the furnishing and decor but I particularly like that you have included a working kitchen so my sims won't have to leave the venue to cook a meal. Fab! 
Thank you Playlot! The kitchen is certainly designed so Sims don't have to leave the lot to eat, it's very annoying that the only food from bars you can get are chips and they barely fill the hunger need.
