Template for CAS? solved

I have a sim that I saved to my library and made young again because he was just such a darned handsome townie, and I wanted to restart my legacy the same as I had it before. The trouble is, how do I make him into a 'fresh' sim with no skills or completed aspirations?

EDIT: I found a workaround - play with genetics has the option of creating a randomised twin - which as far as I can tell only changes hair style and clothes. A little bit of a pain, but it worked.
