Thank you helen and metro, it wasnt that hard at all, around 15 minutes of coping recepies to office document, and in around 2 real life days I spend a few hours testing this.. and with stoped aging, buydebug and static needs it is not a problem to check things like this..

It was late when I posted this, so fresh in the morning I remembered a few things I didn't mention in previous posts.

First, English is not my first language and I learned it all by myself in impossible situation so I apologize for a bad spell, I haven't used it in written form for a while, and since I recently moved to another country (swede motherland:)) I'm in a process of learning other language so again, I apologize for mistakes. PS I just realize there IS a spell check so no reason to embarrass myself with bad English anymore! thanks!

Second, I took into consideration all recipes that were labeled as amazing or not clearly labeled at least for me. Some of the recipes didn't even had 10 fruits counted. After reading this tread I realize there is 2 possibilities, first that this randomizing factor have variation on different computers, but doesn't seem as solid argument since recipes from some posts were all amazing and some were all not amazing, and also, It is hard to believe that game designers would make such a big part of a skill to variate individually. Maybe the language correction factor is not all perfect.. point is that it is probably the other reason why some recipes listed as amazing turn out not to be amazing - probably incorrect posting.

Third, all french grape varieties are also in the basement of Chateau de Landgraab. It is available via china adventure line to gain entrance to dragon cave,  or with Pangu axe and charmstone key. Since I always start in china and my first trip to France is always with this adventure line I never look for other sources of rare grapes

And last, I haven't check Carl's list because I trust he checked it before putting it into the guide

I don't know if it's of any use but I think I discovered the Sims equivalent of... well any really cheap wine that still manages to taste good... nine grapes plus one lime is apparently a great tasting combination, but with store bought fruits it's still normal quality and worth less than the fruits you made it from (at least at zero skill and machine with no upgrades which is what I just tested it with to make sure I hadn't imagined that result).

Yep all fruit can be bought at the stores in the hometown and vacation spots. In France, the rare grapes can be purchased with ancient coins from the special merchant.

I'm aiming to find 15 amazing grape recipes, so when making nectar, with the mind of achieving all of the challenges as quickly as possible, my sims can make ONLY amazing nectar, from ONLY grapes.

So far, including a couple I found online in the nectar recipies thread, here is what I have:
(prices are approximate at level 10 skill, using perfect grapes, improved pressing, basic nectar, and taking away the 10% for my sim's flavourful feet)

4 renoit + 3 cherimola blan + 3 avornalino = outstanding ~$112
3 cranerlet nuala + 3 gralladina fran + 2 renoit + 2 meloire = perfect ~$226
8 renoit + 2 grapes  =  outstanding ~$95
7 avornalino + 1 renoit + 2 gralladina fran = perfect ~$172
2 avornalino + 6 renoit  2 cranerlet nuala = perfect ~$161
1 cranerlet nuala + 2 meloire + 7 gralladina fran = perfect ~$184
2 cranerlet nuala + 5 meloire + 3 avornalino = perfect ~$215
4 cranerlet nuala + 5 meloire  1 avornalino = perfect ~$233
