Will they remain perfect forever when stored there?

Yes, I believe they will.  :)

Oh, that's a good idea! I was wondering where to store my perfect fruits and veggies. I can't risk putting them in the fridge! lol

Sure you can. They will remain in the same condition as when you've put them in.

Yes but if they're in the fridge, my sim might use them for cooking!

True, the best spot for long-term storage of anything you don't want to lose, either from use, changing households, or most anything else...  is in one of the chests from a foreign country.

We need to get back on topic now.  :)

Haha, sorry Pam. To be honest I've actually forgot this was about nectar because I saw eventually only stuff about vegetables. :$

I don't know if this question is asked before, but does it really matter on which basement store the nectar ages? To be sure I've put them all on the lowest level, but I'm curious about if it really does matter.

I tested this way back in January before the Nectar Challenge started and I could not find any differences in basement levels.

Hi! I'm new and maybe this was already posted but I was experimenting randomly and found this "Absolutely Amazing" recipe, and it requires pretty low level ingredients!  ;D I made it twice to make sure it was correct.

7 Cherries
2 Meloire grapes
1 Plum

@Kelli: welcome to the forum too!

Those recipes are looking very nice, even though I haven't tried them out myself. They indeed fulfill every mood a nectar bottle can give a sim, but do they also fulfill all the wishes a sim can get from drinking nectar? I mean: wishing to drink a glass of nectar worth more than 100 simoleons, wishing to drink one worth more than 500 simoleons etc. I'm not sure how far those wishes go, but I do know they give some really good LTP points!

Of course you can age a bottle to get the most money out of it, but I assume your list is based on bottles taken right out of the nectar making machine.

Yes, right after making it, those were the values listed in my skills tab.  I had my Sim drink each one, and they all gave him Full of Life: 50 x 8 hrs, Commanding Complexity: 25 x 8 hrs, Warm Fuzzies: 15 x 5 hrs and Sugar Rush: 15 x 4 hrs.  I mistakenly believed that was the max.  When I was on another Sim and drank the same Plum nectar while visiting, it gave Commanding Complexity: 30 x 8 hrs. The other buffs stayed the same.  I didn't have the 2nd Sim try the other nectars.  Maybe my game is glitchy, I'm not sure.  Can one Sim appreciate nectar more than another?  I know I can have 2 Sims on the same bed, and one gets +30 while the other gets +60 from the comfortable furniture.

What are the traits of your two Sims?

I have heard that the more nectar a Sim drinks the more they appreciate it and get more interested like wine testers.
