Sims 4 Immortal Dynasty Challenge is coming

Hi Everyone:

Yes, the Sims 4 Immortal Dynasty Challenge is indeed coming soon. November 1 is the tentative date when we will post the ruleset  and everyone can begin their efforts. To be honest I was originally thinking I'd post the Dynasty to begin January 1 along with the 2015 Challenge Tournament. But, everything changed when the most recent patch included the Ambrosia recipe. YES! With that as motivation I decided to kick things in a higher gear. The challenge team (myself, Nutella, ratchie, LenaLJ, Trip, and Blackrosea) are in the initial stages of discussion and are working out the various heir requirements, etc.

I never did a Dynasty in Sims 3 because I never got skilled at... skilling (lol) enough to manage the challenge. It's no easier in TS4 (not for me, anyway), but I've spent more time learning the ropes so far (more play time, honestly, because I like TS4 more than TS3) so I'm so going to be in on this. I, for one, can't wait to have that rule set out!

Hopefully all the bugs that might make it difficult will be fixed by then!

I can't wait to see what the requirements are! I've been toying with the idea of trying my own immortal dynasty rule-set, but ended up going with an official legacy challenge for the time being. At least I will have some practice with multi-generational households by then. I can't wait!

Yay! I was wondering how soon you'd be able to get this out! I've recently abandoned my Sims 3 immortal dynasty but I can't wait to have another attempt in a new game.

Great news. I never got around to do a Dynasty in TS3, and with TS4 out and so much to learn about the new ways of playing, I doubt I will find the time to start one.
I'm looking forward to try a Dynasty in TS4 and can't wait to see the ruleset.

Ooh, fun! I never bothered attempting to play an Immortal Dynasty in TS3 because I sucked. I was content with just watching others play, but I think I will have to try this one. Even if I fail horribly (which I most likely will  ), at least it'll be fun!

It will be tough alright, but I'm so happy to see this challenge reimagined for a new game and I'm even happier to have a helping hand with the rules.
