Bug associated with 'remove_all_buffs'

Hey guys,

I just wanted to let people know about a bug I discovered.  I was attempting to change my sim's mood by removing her 'confident' buffs with the 'Sims.remove_all_buffs' command and did so successfully.  However, after doing so I discovered that my sim's bladder and energy bars were decreasing again, despite having the 'Steel Bladder' and 'Never Weary' reward traits.  I haven't done any testing on this issue - for all I know, as soon as I load my current save the issue will be fixed, but I figured I would let y'all know about it.
