The Sims 3 Exchange missing downloads

I've recently downloaded a new world (Aluna Island v04) made by a customer - that's all fine
I downloaded a few lots made for this world by the same person, but I've found some in the 'show empty houses' but not the others.
I've looked in the folder called downloads, and they show there and they show in the game launcher as installed & downloaded.

Any suggestions please?

I'd recommend twitter he tends to be really good with responding just keep in mind its around 9pm for him right now

Actually it's 10pm for him now... I live about 2 hours up the road from him. But he keeps some strange hours.. he went to bed at midday today lol
