Here's a couple more playful ones:
Play in Jets, in tub.  Only makes teens or older playful, and requires playful for the option to be available.
Make Silly Faces in mirror.  Playful required for the option to be available for teens or older.

Also,
Inspired:  Practice bar tricks
Confident:  Mixing drinks (For Mixology levels 5+).

Confident:  Mixing drinks (For Mixology levels 5+).

Mixing drinks gives confident +1 between lvl 5 to 9. At level 10 is replaced by an inspiration + 2 moodlet.

Good point, plus you get the tense moodlet for reading above your skill level.

I like the description: separately the words make sense, but together - what the what what?!

Not in the game right now but it's something similar to that.

Edit to the Competent Cook thing. It gives Confident +1 for 4 hours, and I think it may just randomly pop up while cooking. My level 1 cooking Sim got that moodlet so it's not when above level 2, as I said before, it's probably random. Or maybe it comes up when one cooks for the first time? I'm not sure yet.

Here's one I discovered today:
Research Advanced Cooking Techniques on the computer gives inspired +2 for four hours, requires gourmet cooking level 8
I also know that Research Gardening at the computer gives a focused moodlet, requires level 3 gardening

Both a parent and their teen can get the embarrassed mood from the interaction "Give the Woohoo Talk".

Sim parent: Well, it's like this son.... (speech bubble with boxer shorts) and then... for example (bites finger)
Sim teen: Oh geez Mum, really? I didn't need to know about you and dad and urgh! How do I erase that image from my mind (bashes forehead with hand, Mum's face with red strike-through circle in thought bubble).

"Praised for grades! (From being praised)

Parental recognition for hard work in school puts a spring in any Sim's step!

3 hours confident +1"

Kids obviously  :)

To clarify what the Handiness upgrade for Happy from the fridge is, it's  Fresh Maker and gives the How Fresh Moodlet (4h +1). Only the chef gets this moodlet, not those who eat the meal.

I am working on the Emotions guide, and think that since this list will definitely expand it will be the best place to link people who want every possible means of producing emotions. I am going to list the common means on the guide so that people can get their Sims in the 'Very' moods no matter what their traits are, then let visitors know that they can find even more potential moodlets here. I love the specificity of some of these, but they're not right for the strategy guide. I also don't want to feel I'm always behind on the latest info, as there will be many more when we get expansions and the Sims Store comes along. I will definitely update it, since Emotions are going to be a part of the game here on out, but this will stay the master list.

Hat of Shame - Embarassed +2 5hrs (from clothing item). I've no idea how my sim managed to spin into this hat - it happened on his birthday party. It must be random chance. He's wearing a big blue Sombrero looking thing.

I'd be embarassed if I showed up like that too... this is a deluxe edition from party one?
