When does making games and apps unlock?

Nope, it's not showing up at level 5. Perhaps you need to be higher in the tech career? I'll report back if someone else doesn't first.

EDIT: Make mobile app just became available at level 7.
EDIT 2: Making computer games becomes available at level 9. At this point I'm assuming that is the same as 'video games'.

You need to create 3 apps or video games as a milestone for the Computer Whiz aspiration.
