Customized work time/shift

Is there any way to edit, customize a sim's working interval? (let's just say, standard worktime is 8 am to 4 pm, and I want to change it 8 am to 10 am)

Welcome to our Forum, kotorkabacsi.  Unfortunately no, I don't even think there is a mod out there that will do that.  You can however leave work early, you don't have to stay for the full interval.  Your job performance will suffer, but if you purchase the "Vacationer" lifetime reward, then you will never have to worry about performance going down.
