It figures that Painting would be a gold mine, and I was able to complete both of these aspirations within 3 sim days of one another from selling masterpieces.

By the time I completed the Painter Aspiration and switched to the wealth aspiration I had already completed the first 3 milestones for it.

So Fabulously wealthy is a good aspiration to pick afterwards followed by mansion baron if you want.
