Yeah, the careers were tweaked a while back, as were the aspirations. If I'm re calling correctly, this post was made soon after the base game came out.

Yep it's important to be mindful of the date of a post on a thread like this as older posts were referring to the 'old' aspirations and career structure. I know that must be frustrating but as a rough rule-of-thumb basically anything from 2014 is old and out of date when it comes to specific requirements.

It might be worthwhile noting in this thread that web > browse intelligence database requires an actual computer, not the tablet thing costing 1000. The cheaper computer does the trick as far as being able to get web > browse intelligence database option to work.
