Woohooer mod help - Ask to watch stars

So I just recently installed this mod and have set the settings so my married sims wont flirt with other townies. Works great as they were always pulling flirtatious jokes on townies with their good sense of humor traits. But when nighttime falls and they will sometimes ask various townies to watch the stars. It was my impression that the settings I have would not allow any romantic interactions other that their spouse. Anyone else have this happen? Or is there a way to adjust the settings so they cannot do this?

Nevermind figured it out. Didn't have all the settings proper
