Palladium and pink diamond in twinbrook

For those of you who are trying to invent the simbot after level 10 inventing

When I read the simbot article I saw that it said you would update where the palladium life fruit and pink diamond is. I don't know if you already got the answer but in any town I have found that the best way to get pink diamonds is the mausoleum. I don't know about other people but I have made a small fortune off of the pink diamonds in the mausoleum. As for the palladium, the best place to find them in Twinbrook is right behind the Train station right across the street from the science lab. I hoped this helped and I hope this is the right place to put this.

I got this quest on my Vampire-YA, for the palladium, I just went to map view, and saw a piece lying on the ground.

Currently at the part for the 10 life fruit, but I just can't be <removed profanity> to bother with the quest right now, my house already has 8 sims. I need my founder and her vamp-mate-turned-human to die.
